dell 2400 diagnostic lights oooy

I have just replaced my mother board with a dell 2400 g1548. but when i try boot i get no display at all there are no error beeps and everything seems to be running but my diagnostic lights read oooy I have found solutions for the code gggy but not oooy (o meaning off)

Check to be sure you have plugged in all connectors correctly on the motherboard (especially the 4 pin CPU connector). If all connections are connected, I will suggest replacing the CR2032 battery on the motherboard - on Dell systems, that battery going bad can cause strange things to happen. If you have a multi-meter, you can check to see if it's at 3v before replacing.
