Motherboard, the final decision. Some input needed.

I am planning on having a fx6300 processor and a 7870 GPU and i just need some input as to which of these mobos to settle on. Reliability is my key concern.

As you can see i'm looking at spending £50. Preferably with 32gb available ram space but will take 16gb if its a more reliable board. Also i would like some sata3 and usb3 compatibility if possible.

Thanks, reading up on the M5A97-LE-R2 some people have put that the bios may need updating to be compatible with my choice of CPU, is there a way of updating said bios with that CPU or would i have to source another compatible one.
