Best Z77 motherboard

so i have a
i5 3570k that i think i'll overclock to 4.2 ghz with a h60 cosair water cooler
hd 7870
12 gb ram
250gb samsung 840
600w evga psu

so i am still looking for a good motherboard
i was originally going for a asus p8z77v-pro
but some people tell me that a bit much
so say get a extreme4 but that seems a bit weak

so wanted to spark a discussion and what motherboard i should get
and i live in england so if anyone has any link that would be awesome too

The extreme 4 is not a bad motherboard (asrock)

my personal favorites have been the MSI GD45 or gd 65. they have a fairly simple layout, the heatsinks arent super high, and has great options for the price.
the next up and best for me are the asus ones (can't remember the exact one for z77, but the sabertooth, and the rog one are both great)

so my personal 2 cents is the msi ones being great for the price vs what you actually get, the pro, for example, is a great motherboard, but is very expensive (the one you listed)

it all depends on what features you need. If you are going to game, you will want one with a PCI 3.0 x 16 slot. Do you need USB 3.0? Will you ever be overclocking?
