Dxdiag Freezes etc

Hello here is my dxdiag, but first i wanna explain that , youtube videos freezes at times and tears ups the framerate, hmm i wonder i started noticng that borderlands wasnt as smooth as it was so i did update all i could and i am wondering why this is happening with a new built pc.. so id done some research and turns out vsync helps but how do i implement that on a browser?
World of warcraft did freeze every 3 sec and i did upgrade my whole pc just for that issue.. addons cannot be faulty either cuz i only got 5 of them

any tips and tricks is apprieated

Unistall your current video drivers and reboot, then install the 13.12 drivers from AMD and reboot once again and see if the problem is fixed, also you might want to try and older driver. Also what are your temps of you video card and your CPU, keep the FX4130 below 62C, it might be throttling the speed down when it gets a bit hot.

Also what are your temps of you video card and your CPU, keep the FX4130 below 62C, it might be throttling the speed down when it gets a bit hot.
