Yes Yes and Yes but...

I really recommend paying the extra $$$ for the A10 6800k, and also try really hard to get at least 1866mhz RAM.

For the GPU side of the APU, 1866 does make an improvement.

When it comes to using integrated graphics, you want the fastest RAM possible. 1866mhz is a big increase over 1600mhz for an igpu. The 6800k can use 2133mhz RAM. I'm assuming you were going to use the A10's igpu?

If you intend to game with the APU, I would suggest getting a CPU and dedicated GPU from the start.

Sorry I'm a nooby when it comes to this stuff, but from what I understand you're asking if I will only be using the integrated graphics instead of a dedicated graphics card, and the answer is no. I plan on getting an on board graphics card, but I'm still unsure of what exactly I'm doing lol. So that's why I'm looking for any help

Yes you were in the wrong ballpark looking at the apus.
