Graphics card recommendations?

Hello, i am looking for a graphics card. I would like some recomnendations, quality vs affordability. I'm on the fence with price.This will be used mostly for gaming.

Current specs:
Amd vishera 6300
4.1 ghz turbo, 6 core
16gb ddr3
1tb sata hdd 7200rpm
Evga 600b power supply
Asus m5a97mb
Asus 24.6" monitor 1ms 65hz

I'd like to hear opinions and comparisons if possible.

best quality for your money is R9 270 clean 270 not X version. it has 150w tdp, performs very good and is very very close to the gtx 760 that costs way more. R9 270 is under 200$ other than that keep your money because higher is not worth when you put together performance price. R9 270 is next gen and you will game for 4-5 years with it. it will run anything you throw at it just don't be fooled by ultra graphics, high is the same at 95% most of the time.
