For the price and features it seems like an awesome deal, plus it looks real nice, but god damn it has awful reviews on newegg. Is it really that bad?

Why is it so bad - I suspect they just hired some new BIOS programmers and the new guys are still finding their way through the source code.
Also, lots of bad reviews are in fact the user's fault - people doing their first build ever, getting some things wrong, not realizing it.

But anyway, it's safer to get a board that doesn't get so many complaints. Or wait until Gigabyte fixes the BIOS. Personally I'll stick with Asus for a while.

Why is it so bad though? The reviews make it seem like there's literally a million problems. Why would they release a product with so many issues? What about the people who gave it 5/5, were they just really lucky and got one with no issues or something? I'm just sorta confused and after looking over most of the boards within that price range a lot of them seem to have some degree of 1/5 reviews. Would it be fine if I'm just building a normal computer, no SSD and no overclocking?
