Hi everyone!
After several researches, asks.... I have a new update.

What happens:
My system crashes.
During the game, my screen gets black and I have to close the game using ctrl + alt+ del.
My rig:
- i5 3570k (no OC)
- AsRock Z77 Pro4
- 2 x 4gb G. Skill 1600Mhz
- MSI GTX 660 TI OC/PE
- 1 x 500gb seagate HD
- 1 x 250gb seagate HD
- CORSAIR CX 500W
--------------------------------------
Ok, Firstly I received a msg. "the driver has stopped working and successfully recovered :( "
Now, I don't receive this.
I receive a window saying that my application has stopped to work.
And I'm providing the RMA.
But, now, I've noted one thing:
When I open the black ops 2, the most played game, without my video card, the game doesn't opens.
I receive on the game opening: "CoD... stopped working..."
And I noted that when I open the game, my resolution changes, to lower resolution... like 800x600.
So I close this using again ctrl + alt +del.... And the resolution becomes normal (1920x1080p).
Another important thing: With Far Cry 3 this problem, without the VGA, doesn't happens. But the game gets awful !! Box Shadows appears on the screen... But playing a while, no problems with crashs.

I don't know if my trouble is the PSU, Mother board, or video graphics card!!
I'm afraid to send my card to RMA, because if the problem isn't the video card, I will pay freight...

Another important thing is: This begins after a energy drop on my neighborhood, when I re-turned on the PC, after it shut downs, I'vent video. So I changed the PCI-E slot, and worked. And ONE ram memory slot has stopped to work. I've removed so the CMOS, all return back to normal....
But, the black screen persists.

I have to solve this now. Beacause I've spent a lot time with this thing.

THANK YOU!

Hm, got it...
But, behind my motherboard I have just some PSU cables.
What do you think?

Take your motherboard out of the case, put it on top of a cardboard box, plug everything in, and see if it works. This is called setting up a test bench.
it sounds like you didnt install the standoffs (literally every computer has them for the motherboards, but some need to be installed before installing the motherboard. They look like little golden pegs with a hole on top that can be screwed into, and a screw portion that goes into your case's motherboard tray.

so if this is the case, you have wrecked your motherboard in a very similar fashion to how i wrecked my first motherboard

So, what do you think? RMA the video card first or the motherboard?
Remembering that when I'm on integrated graphics I don't suceed on the opening CoD black Ops 2. I receive the error msg. The game has stopped working.

Well, where I live is a cold region. So, I'vent worried to cpu temp, Since the last time I've seen this, I didn't get 60ºC. But, I've noted that the problem shows up while mainly when I'm playing CoD black ops 2 and CoD: Ghost, I started to think what both that games has in common... And I remembered that games take more CPU usage that Batman Arkham City and Far Cry 3...
So, I ran the 'Core Temp' and begin to play...
When I saw the CPU temp..... :( I've got startled!!!
The CPU on the max. temp got 79°C !!

So, I'll buy a Hyper 212x made by cooler master, since I'm using a cooler box.
What happened is that final 2013 and beginning of 2014, here, the NATURAL TEMP. overheated a lot!!
So, if the problem is that, I'll GET GLAD SO MUCH!!!
