Main issue that I see is your PSU
Its not 80+ certified, lacks active PFC, and only has a two year warranty which isnt a good thing. The warranty tells you how reliable the manufacture thinks their unit is. The really good units have a 5 or 7 year warranty, the average ones usually have 3, to only have a 2 year warranty speaks poorly of the quality of the parts.

I would go with a better PSU brand, Cosair (not CX series), Seaasonic, or Antec are all well-rated

The PSU is junk. Change it to an XFX, Antec, Corsair, Seasonic

Everything is compatible. I would be a better idea to get a WAY cheaper case and a better GPU.

The NZXT source 210 Elite is a VERY good case and it is quite cheap.

USe the saved money to get a better GPU and 8gb RAM and maybe bump the GPU up.

The PSU is not that good I would suggest a higher quality unit like a Seasonic, XFX, Antec or Corsair(except the cx series).

That MB has a PCI-E 2.0 x16 slot. Get one with a PCI-E 3.0 slot instead.

This is false. It will perform EXACTLY the same. Even a 780ti cannot fully use a 3.0 port.

Yes, it is compatible. The motherboard is an Matx board not a full sized ATX so even though it will fit correctly it will look a bit goofy in such a large case. But, to answer your question, yes it will fit.

It is similar to having 2gb Vram on a low end card like a 7750 or gtx650. It does absolutely nothing and sometimes even hurts performance.

All the manufacturers made the normal 2gb version and then EVGA released the special 3gb edition for extra price. This 3gb card actually performed significantly worse than the 2gb ones because of all that Vram sitting around and the card not being powerful enough to use it.

what if i go with the cooler master k380 then will that fit in all my hardware ?
It only has 1 intake fan on the front and one for my CPU but i will repleace that one with a better quality fan is that good or not ?

Yes it will fit all of your hardware easily.

One intake fan is fine. Your computer will not get hot.
