Back fan as intake or exhaust with this cpu cooler set up

I currently have a noctua NH-U9b SE2 that is currently in a vertical positioning. I was wondering if I turned my back fan around, would that help. I have two top exhausts (140mm) and I could fit one more. But I was wondering with the cooler in a vertical position, right next to the back fan, would an intake be better than an exhaust? If you would like to know my case, its a 750D

Pictures are below.

In that case I would not introduce an additional fan at the back unless you have empirical data that indicates you have a problem.
Take some temperature readings of your CPU at idle and under load, and if those temps are too high for your personal comfort zone, then you can add a fan at the back to draw the warm air out (avoid cool air intake from the back).

By "vertical" do you mean that the air is being directed towards the top of the case?

If that is true, then the ideal path for the air would be to continue in a straight line out from the second U9B fan and drawn out the top of the case with the assistance of a case fan mounted in that location.

Any additional fans would ideally be situated on the bottom of the case to draw cool air in the bottom, having it pass vertically through the case, the CPU and out the top.

Most users have air move horizontally in the case; cool air drawn in the front and the warm air exhausted out the back.
But the vertical option is perfectly acceptable too.
