Hey, so recently after getting a new PC - an upgrade for a 5-6 year old PC ( with some year old parts and such ) I noticed ..well, next to no improvement.

I play several games - such as WoW, LoL and dabber into GW2 from time to time.

WoW is now unable to run past Normal without 20 fps in battles and such, friends and sites such as "Can I run this?" Reccomend full graphics on WoW, League runs Medium - shadows really mess it up and it sits comfortably on 60+ FPS on Medium still rather surprised at how that is, but not too fussed.

GW2 .. yeahhhh - no, 20 fps always, low graphics.

I'll throw my specs here, I've updated, downgraded, tried other versions of drivers etc etc. Not a clue how to do much, the PC is yet to be overclocked but I was told overclocking should not be 100% necessary for my PC to run these games.

Note the OLD pc ran WoW on High/Ultra with 20-30 fps in fights, this runs 10 fps in Raid fights on Normal.

Much thanks -- Specs below:

Solution
MMOs demand more powerful CPUs, and it looks like you don't have a discrete graphics card either.
One of these cards will help: HD7770 < GTX650Ti < HD7790 = R7-260; you may be able to overclock your CPU some, but I would not unless the VRMs on your motherboard have heatsinks on them. MSI has a reputation for weak VRMs on their AMD boards.
