Processor - AMD Athlon X4 760k quad processor (£64.70)

Graphics Card - EVGA GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost 2GB (£176.22)

Motherboard - MSI A78M-E35 Mini-ATX (£42.55)

RAM - Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB single memory (£56.83)

Power Supply - Corsair Builder series CXM 430 Watt (£36.79)

Case - Rosewill Micro ATX mini tower (£30.26)

Total - £407.35

Hard disk - 1TB from my old pc
Two questions.

1. Is the operating system save on the hard drive?
2. Would this system be able to run war thunder on medium or even high graphics?

Thanks

If it was an OEM version of windows 7 wouldn't it be bound to his current motherboard?

It's pretty outdated really, one of the other guys here might be able to suggest a better build for you though.
