A random drive has suddenly appeared with the drive letter of Z:. It's completely identical to my SSD in terms of size, however I haven't partitioned my SSD at all, both represent the full size of it, but the folders within the two drives are not the same. The new Z: drive also doesn't show up in drive management. Does anyone know what this is? Photos below.

The folders in the Z: drive are empty.

That looks like it may be the contents of your temp folder in C:\Users\{Username}\AppData\Local\Temp. It could possibly have gotten shared or added as a network shortcut. Right-clicking on the drive should yield more information about it.

@timinator
Right clicking it brings up the same menu as though it's any other drive.

@ahnilated: It doesn't appear under the network, and I can't find any option to unmap it. If it did somehow get mapped to, how would I remove it?
