where can i download free drivers for >~> Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU 760 @ 2.80GHz
I had to reformat the PC but i don't have the drivers for it i have gone to intel but they not free at all. also they have a free to scan program but have to pay to register it ..alls i need is the drivers that comes with the mother board such as audio ethernet etc

Intel drivers are indeed free, you must have gone to the wrong website. But your main problem is that you don't seem to understand where to get the correct drivers from.

If it's a laptop or factory-built PC, you need to go to that specific laptop or PC manufacturer's website for the correct drivers. You'll need know the full model name & number of the laptop or PC.

But if it's home-built or custom-built PC (ie not factory-built) you need to go to that specific motherboard manufacturer's website for the correct drivers. You'll need to know the model number of the board.

I'm only too pleased to help. I think you were under the impression that because your computer has an Intel CPU, you need to get all the motherboard drivers from Intel's website. That's true only if the motherboard is an Intel model and the computer is a desktop PC that's not factory built.
