Ok guys. I am needing a computer for my living room to hook up to my tv. Its only purpose in life will be to house ton and tons of downloaded content mainly movies, surf the internet, and netflix. i would like a super small form factor and as cheap as possible just the bare essentials. What can you guys come up with i don't want to exceed over $400 or so.
