Hallo everyone.
I just restored my computer to the first moment. Afterwards it restarted, but just before the destop screen i got blue screen and when the computer restates i get 2 options: Start Normally, and Start a recovery mode. But i've tried all options in the System recovery options.
I've tried to f8 SAFE MODE and -Last Known Good Configuration but i'll get the same screen at the same time.
When i tried to set up repair, and it told me " Root cause found, A hard disk could not be found. If a hard disk is installed, it's not responding.
Im not a computer expert, but what could i do?
Thanks in advance

this means that it possibly failed to restore one of the startup files. This is very common when you just do system restore and not a real full backup.

this may sound unfortunate to you, but you gotta reinstall windows. Did you build this PC or bought it?

The stuff here is pretty long, so you might want to copy and paste into notepad and then print.

1 Turn on the computer.

2 As the computer starts, press <F8> on the keyboard until the Advanced Boot Options menu appears on the screen.

3 Press the <Down Arrow> on the keyboard to select Repair Your Computer on the Advanced Boot Options menu, and then press <Enter>.

4 Specify the language settings that you want, and then click Next.

5 Log in as a user who has administrative credentials, and then click OK.

6 Click Dell Factory Image Restore.

7 In the Dell Factory Image Restore window, click Next.

8 Click to select the Yes, reformat hard drive and restore system software to factory condition check box.

9 Click Next.
The computer is restored to the default factory configuration.

10 When the restore operation is completed, click Finish to restart the computer.
The software is now installed as it was when the computer was first received.

I have to options now
1) Use recovery tools that can help fix problems starting windows. Select an operating system to repair.
If your operating system isn't listed, click load drivers and then install drivers for your hard disk.

2)Restore your computer using a system image that you created earlier

And i don't have any operating system listed…. :/

Man, your PC is really screwed! I guess the dell program isnt really any help if it cannot restore the OS.... It needs a hard reinstall :(

Will this do the work, and make it work again?

It should, but hard reinstalls require you to reinstall drivers for your system
