Should I switch fan/heatsink?

Solution
Overclocking on a stock cooler won't get you far at all. What are your temps in prime95 with the stock cooler just wondering. (leave prime running for about 10 minutes, that should give you your max temps)

the processor has a tdp of 125W on stock frequencies and this means a lot of heat. imagine that when overclocking, the tdp will go up to around 200w and this means even more heat.
the way i see things, as long as you have a better cooler, get a good thermal paste and install the zalman back in. take all the precaution measures when doing an oc, don;t be lazy :).
i have the same cooler on a i5 and although is loud if not used at min speed, is doing it's job great.

68 is pretty high i would remove that OC if i were you just install that old cpu cooler u got so you can OC with lower temps
