Will EVGA GeForce GTX 760 02G-P4-3765-KR be bottlenecked by CPU/MOBO?

My rig info:
-MSI FM2-A75MA-E35 FM2 AMD A75 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
-AMD A10-5800K Trinity 3.8GHz (4.2GHz Turbo) Socket FM2 100W Quad-Core Desktop APU
-(CPU + GPU) with DirectX 11 Graphic AMD Radeon HD 7660D AD580KWOHJBOX
-G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2133 (PC3 17000)
-Desktop Memory Model F3-2133C9D-16GXH
-KINGWIN STR-500 500W ATX 12V v2.2, EPS12V v2.91 and SSI EPS 12V v2.92 SLI Ready

I don't think you have to worry about bottlenecks. :) 

The MB has a PCI-E 2.0 x16 slot. Ideally it would have been 3.0, but you'll only lose a few percentages of the graphics card's speed, no big deal.

The APU is pretty good too, a good match for the GTX 760 IMO.

You can see how your CPU (well, the CPU half of the APU, I mean) behaves in games when paired with a discrete gaming card.

It's comparable to an i3-3220 (that's a $125 Intel CPU). A good match for a $250 graphics card.
