Memory only runs on white slots, but won't run on blue ones (Gigabyte mobo)

My mobo is http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3164#ov . I have x2 ram sticks Apacer on 1333mhz, which are running in the white slots. I already checked whether they're running in dual channel mode and they are. However, If I put them in the blue slots, computer refuses to start, it's starting to beep continuously. I tried to run those x2 sticks on single channel and everything's fine on both channels with the blue slots, but when I try putting them just on the blue slots (running dual channel) computer beeps. Can somebody explain to me why is that? I'm looking forward to buying extra 2 sticks of ram and I don't want problems. BIOS is latest version.

So I won't have problems when installing another x2 sticks? Is there a problem if the new x2 sticks are from a different brand ( for example x2 Kingston), but same speed ( 1333 ) also same voltage - 1.5 like the other ones?
