1. Removable keys. any mechanical keyboard that uses Cherry MX switches.
2. Different colour keys, I'm guessing you mean backlighting? How do you mean different, multiple colors on the one keyboard or multiple color options across the same model of keyboard?

for different colored keys look at wasdkeyboards. they allow full customization and even some symbols.
