gtx 660 wont install driver version 332.21 just says system restart PLEASE HELP!!!

I just got battlefield 4 and it brought to my attention a graphics card update. I have a gtx 660 super clocked and I am currently on version 331.65 and trying to update to version 332.21 and it will not install there is no download problems it just occurs when the installer launches and checks for system compatibility and shortly after it says "NVIDIA Installer cannot continue a system restart is required . restart the system and try again." I have restarted the system multiple time and to no avail. I have tried to fix the .dll but I am not the best with computers so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the reply EasyLover but I did everything you told me to do and it all worked until l got to the instillation part. As soon as the system Check is finished it goes straight to the instillation phase and says that everything it tried to install failed to install. Again thank you soooooo much for your help.

i have the same problem , failed to install, i had to install drivers in safe mode, and then 0 of my steam games work , only bf4 and wow, ps2 doesnt read i have a 660, warframe also, skyrim tells me my resolution needs changed in opitions but there is nothing in that tab, this is getting old fast, so if you could pls explain how u fixed it that would be awesome...
