Im getting the intel core i5 3470 as my cpu. i dont know what graphics card to get but i dont want to spend more than 300. Which one should i buy?

Unless you plan on using more than one monitor, higher than 1080p, or plan to SLI the 2GB is plenty.
The 256 bit memory interface arguably cant support the 4GB effectively anyway.
