Suddenly can't connect to a network

I was browsing a forum I browse everyday and when I clicked forums I got "this webpage is not available." Tried other sites same thing. The Internet status says no Internet access. This is what's odd. My laptop can connect to the internet fine both through the same cable as my computer and wireless. On my computer, I can't even get into the router. Says webpage not available. I tried restarting, opened chrome and everything loaded fine including not cached webpages "looked up random pages for test" then all of a sudden same thing, couldn't access any webpage. My Internet is working, router and modem must be fine because my laptop is connected fine. I have tried turning off both devices, I have uninstalled and re installed all network drivers. I have tried troubleshooting it with no success. What's going on?
