So about 6 months ago, i started to change my vid card driver, about half way through it freaked out and did whats happening now. i turned the pc off adn reinstalled the old drivers.

this is on a radeon msi hd 5750

so i left it alone for a while. then i recently moved and when i hooked it all back up (HDMI) the resolution wasnt optimal. so i went to change it. and when i did. bam this thing happened again. I'm not sure how to show it or explain it. its scary...

good news is onboard graphics are fine...

but i want my video card to work so i can game/ use hdmi.

so whats worse is even when it reverts back to the resolution it still is all freaky/ choppy / overly zoomed in and groups of pixels all over the place, while i have the current resolution im on now, half of my desktop is missing, maybe more... i cant snap windows to the left side of my screen (win 7)

I have tried removing the card uninstalling all software and firmware, even uninstalled on-board graphics, boy that was fun...

so when i start the pc 9/10 times it is working just not on the rez i want, the other 1/10 it spazzes...
it stays "working fine" until i attempt the rez change. then KABOOM, and i have to shutdown/ restart...

anyways im at a loss.

I'll take a video to show whats going on someone please help me!!!

OK so this is BS!

i just ran bitdefender and cleaned out everything (after i ran hitmanpro and combofix and malwarebytes and avg) just removed avg and bought bitdefender total security.
then i installed my mobo drivers (after uninstalling them)

and just now i was taking a video to show my issue...

and now i cant reproduce it. so for now, its fixed...
