Hi. I'm looking to RMA my R7850 2GB edition GPU because lately it's been showing me lack of performance, I still have the active warranty, it's just that on the xfxsupport.com website I don't see an option relating to "Loss of performance" in the ticket creation menu.. So I'm a bit confused.

More about : rma gpu loss perfomance

as long as you haven't performed any kind of overclocking you should be fine. but there may actually have to be a manufacture defect before they would just come out and replace it :p .

Is it performing less in the same games or you don't like its performance in new games?

Have you been keeping up on drivers and doing clean reinstalls each time you update?

@emj - XFX Actually allows for people to Overclock their GPU, and they'll warranty it still if something messes up, as long as you don't touch/mod the Voltages which are actually locked, you can always send it in for a warranty repair/replacement, but yes, I have overclocked it after I experienced loss of performance, and didn't see any increase really, so I reset it to normal stock speeds again.

@woltej1 It's performing less in the same games that I've always played, BF3, FC3, etc.. I've done a clean install, any everything, I don't know what the problem is, I just got this GPU like three months ago, so hopefully when I call XFX tomorrow they can help me figure this out.

oh really? that's fantastic XFX trying to make a name for themselves, top brands would never do something like that.
