Why do you want 4Gb version? 4Gb is only necessary when you are playing with 3D vision and using a higher resolution than 1080p.

SLI works like this; You can connect 2 cards of the same.

770 and 770. 780 and 780.

You can combine different brands. Example: MSI GTX 770 and Evga GTX 770.

Just make sure the Memory is the same on both cards.

I'm not going to do anything to this PC for the next couple of years or so, besides picking up a second GPU for SLI. In two years I hope they get above 2GB of vRAM (BF4 is already pushing it a little I thought?). When I SLI two years from now with the newest game and it requires 2.1GB vRAM I would be fubar. This is my first build though so I'm always open for suggestion and counterargument :)

Hmm, if you want to Future proof your PC, that would be a good idea to get 4Gb version.

And I ain't sure how much Bf4 is using. I only know it's over 2Gb in 1080p.

What is your other specs?

i seriously think you should get a 780 over a 770. if you get a evga classified you can do a simple skynet custom bios and 1.35v software volt mod and push it to the 1.4ghz core speed range and have amazing performance. compared to stock sli 680/770 you wouldn't be that far behind with much lower temps and power consumption. then in a couple years you can get another one. sli 780's are actually providing respectable and playable settings on 4k monitors while sli 680/770 cfx 7970/280x are not very good at that resolution. with dell recently releasing their 28" 3840x2160 monitor at an astonishingly low $700, this is going to be the new standard in about 2 years.

Minus one of the 770's of course. Might buy more ram later too, but everything I've read says 8GB is plenty for gaming right now.

Every things looks good. Though I would get a slightly bigger PSU. Maybe 800 - 850W ?

And are you going to OverClock your CPU?

Interesting information, I was gonna get EVGA 770's not stock versions so maybe that changes your mind a bit. As far as buying a 700$ monitor.. that just sounds crazy to me. It's not really about playing at super high resolutions, it's more like if they put out a game that just barely scrapes over 2GB of required vRAM I would see massive frame drops and nobody likes that. I would love to get a 780, but I set myself a 1300$ budget for this rig and I don't think I can fit a 780 in there without reducing quality of life aspects from other parts of my build. I assume I would have to up PSU as well to safely SLI 780's?.

Yes I do plan on OC my CPU but not until I need to. Shoot I guess I might need a little more because 80% of 750 is only 600.. boo. What do you think of this one? http://pcpartpicker.com/part/seasonic-power-supply-ss850am

850W Should be enough for 770 SLI and CPU OC.

Here's a PSU calculator: http://www.extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp

Now when I think of it. You should be fine unless you are planing to do some heavy overclocking to both CPU and GPU's.

I would also try to get a Gold certified PSU.
