Everything looks good, although your PSU wattage might be a little bit overkill. According to here:

http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm

a system running a single GTX 770 only requires ~ 575W, but their recommendations do not include overclocking. Assuming you will be overclocking, I'd recommend adding 50 - 100 watts to their listed wattage. So a quality 650W PSU would do you fine. However, there is nothing wrong with the PSU you selected, it never hurts to be slightly oversized in terms of wattage. Be aware that if you plan on adding a second GPU in the future, then the 750W unit will probably have to be replaced with something around 900 - 1000 watts, especially if you are overclocking.

You could get a 120GB SSD (something like the Samsung 840 EVO) instead of the 256GB one for less than $100 and use the extra money to get a 2TB HDD - you'd even save a bit of $$ doing that. Using the saved money you could get a Bluray drive, or get better components if you want. Even if you don't change anything other than that you'd save money which is always good.
