Im building a gaming motherboard that has a good price and allows som overclocking im getting the amd fx8350
The options:Asus M5A97
Asus M5A99X
ASUS sabertooth 99x
Gigabyte GA-970A-D3
ASRock 970 EXTREME3

Solution
I am clearly biased towards Asus! I have the M5A99X/8350 and the reason I like it has a lot to do with Asus's AI suite. This software will allow you to Auto OC or make a more thorough usage of Cool n Quite. You can also manually OC and test with all adjustments done with sliders in windows, no restart or BIOS settings necessary. It is very easy to go back and forth between TPU (OC) and EPU( economy ) modes, without any restarts. The Sabertooth has a more powerful VRM for better manual OC's. I would avoid the M5A97, unless you get the best version with the POST LED's, I think it is the EVO version, but this is the least powerful VRM. Gigabyte also makes excellent boards, perhaps even higher quality parts, but I still prefer Asus's...

A good system is frequently ruined by a great deal on lots of watts for a too little dollars on the PS! Here is a list of PS's so you don't make that mistake!
