Corsair GS700 any good?

I am building a computer right now and was wondering if the gs700/600 were any good because tiger direct has them on for 60 and 70 dollars. Or should I spend 30 dollars more for rm650 or antec hcg620m.

Hi,
The Corsair's GS or Gaming Series are solid units, the only flaw is that they are not modular. As you can see the $30+ for the other PSU's is that they are modular and the RM units are rated 80+ gold, but in overall quality they are almost the same. Just check if the GS units are 2013 revision version.

Get the hcg620m. , is semi-modular and made by the best SEASONIC.

I just checked again and they were old gs units on clearance and I can get a hcg750m for 95 dollars. Is it worth the 20 extra bucks to get the full modular and gold rated rm650? Or a tx750m for 85 dollars.
