Short, straight and to the point, I have an FX-8350 and an Sapphire R9 290 Tri-X OC'd, and have too much performance for 1080p alone.
I have my eyes on Korean monitors, but am undecided on which to get.
For around $350, which brand of 1440p monitor should I buy? I'm looking at sharpness of display, 8ms at the most, inputs and features of the monitor, etc. I don't want a monitor with one dvi, brightness, and volume controls... I can spend a penny or two more for a more premium monitor. I'd like one that could be overclocked to 96hz as well.
On another note, does anybody know of an affordable 1440p monitor made by a major brand? I've seen Asus's at $498, but I'm delving in the sub-$400 market
Which do you think I should buy in the $300-$400 price range?
