Can I paint my MSI Z87 Motherboard (just the yellow parts)

so its basically all the yellow parts right? (I know yellow one near the CPU block/slot/whatever is a heatsink but the other one is also a heatsink too... right?)
and also
If I were to paint this thing... what type specific type of paint properties should I be looking at?
ex. non conductive type of paint
and lastly...
There isn't any noticeable performance loss right? (if there is can you give a rough estimate?)
