the amd cards are all a bit overpriced due to the mining madness, that and the custom version 290/290x launched just recently. and since the amd's sell for more nvidia is raising prices too cuz... why not

this is actually a pretty bad time to buy graphics cards to be honest, at least high end graphics, thankfully the middle ground isn't that much affected.

edit: check out also the mantle reviews

I have a EVGA gtx 780superclocked ACX, I get any where from 90-130 on conquest large, with very few drops to the 70's
Everything is on ultra settings.
The stock 780's will be a little slower, but for 10$ more the superclocked version raises the clock speed from ~970 to 1110
Great card

Oops, somehow double posted,
also, mantle is mainly designed to boost the preformance of a high end gpu paired with a low end cpu.

They are not overpriced, if they were no one would buy them. the price is just were is should be. and nvidea would not raise there prices because amd did. you have no concept of supply and demand of economics.

They're over priced compared to what AMD would price them, not overpriced compared to nvidia cards

if they were no one would buy them. thats how economics works. people are still buying them so the price is just right. now stop acting like u know what your talking about

That's amazing logic you got there. nvidia cards are higher then amd. Just because people buy them doesn't mean they're not overpriced. People buy the Titan, and they'll buy the r9 295 even though it's not paying that much. Get off nvidia pride and look past your fanboysim, and stop acting like a child.

This isn't true at all. Look at the tech bubble and housing bubble. People buy things for more than they are worth all the time.
