Hi guys I currently have a y510p gaming laptop. The laptop has a nivdia gt755m graphics card. My question is, if I add another graphics card like a gt750 on to it will it increase my machines graphical performance?

(note: the laptop has has the option to ad and remove components via ultra bay)

Does "ad and remove components" specifically include adding a graphics system? Or is it just for drives?

No. You can just add another gt755m video card IF YOU CAN ADD ANOTHER VGA ON this LAPTOP.

According to the Lenovo Accessories info, you can add a GT750M in that bay, only if the other original one is also a GT750M.

That is apparently the only one you can add in there.
A theoretical 1.6x boost in graphics power (according to Lenovo)

I would verify with Lenovo before you bought anything.
