E7300 Vs. E7600 is it worth it?

Hello so i current am trying to upgrade my brothers older pc for him to be able to play things like minecraft and any Cod on decent settings also i want to use this computer to live stream my good pc but i dont want to spend a lot it current has a e7300 cpu in it and the motherboard only support 1066 mhz and under so its difficult to find a good processor for this please feel free to link me to any good ones but the real question i want to know is it worth the like $20 to buy a E7600 cpu instead of the current E7300 i know the e7600 has a better ghz but idk if it will make much of a difference please help!

Go on ebay and pick up a Q6600 or Q6700 quad core, they are one of the fastest 1066Ghz processors. If your board is decent you can overclock them easily by 20-40%.

Instead of spending $20 to buy a E7600.. I would save a little more and find a Core2Quad. Upgrading from 2 cores to 4 cores does make a difference in multi-tasking and games. Don't spend more than $50 on the upgrade though. I found mine on Craigslist.
