Hi all, I have just upgraded my motherboard with an asrock FM2A55M I bought a pre assembled bundle with an A4 processor and ram fitted.
I thought it would be a straightforward swap, everything fitted In easily but when I went to power on, nothing!
I've triple checked connectors for power switch etc.. I've tested psu by disconnecting everything and shorting out green and black pins ....powers up ok!
I've tried lifting board off the computer case in case of shorts.
My psu is a 20 pin supply with a clip on extra 4 on the side. The manual says it will run on a 20 pin supply, I've tried both but without any luck.
Everything was working fine before I changed the board, a bit lost on what to try next.
Any help would be much appreciated.
