monitor screen turns off automatically i don't know why ??

hi guys,please help :((
while i am running my pc, after some time its display automatically turns off but light of cpu is still glowing...and i have checked all the monitor settings and windows power settings... :(
I installed windows 7 near about one month ago..
here are the specs of my pc---
Operating system : Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit
CPU : Intel Pentium dual core E5400 @ 2.70GHz Wolfdale 45nm Technology
RAM : 2.00GB Dual-Channel DDR2 @ 333MHz (5-5-5-15)
Motherboard : Intel Corporation DG41RQ (J2E1)
Graphics : SMB2030 (1600x900@60Hz) Intel G41 Express Chipset (Intel)
Storage : 465GB Hitachi HDS721050CLA362 ATA Device (SATA)
Optical drives : TSSTcorp CDDVDW SH-S223C ATA Device
Audio : Realtek High Definition Audio

Ok, then you have either an issue with the cable or more likely you have an issue with your motherboard or gpu.

You can try to load most updated drivers for your graphics card chip, try googling for specific issues of your motherboard or gpu. Otherwise you will need to diagnose it down to the defective part and replace it/warranty it.

yah the monitor turns off while i am actively doing something...( pc freezes for a second before monitor turns off)... after that i have to restart pc again... this occurs many times...
