Samsung 840 EVO 120GB RAID 0 Problem

I got 2 Samsung 840 EVO 120GB SSDs, so i come to 2 ways of installing it. First, put them in RAID 0. Second, divide them, and use one for OC, and second one for games. BUT, what about RAPID mode? Will it work while SSDs in RAID 0?

Just have them as two separate drives. You'll see little if any benefit from RAID or RAPID configuration.

OS and applications on one, other stuff on the other.

No, RAPID mode does not work with SSDs in a RAID array. It also only works on 1 drive, so if you set up your drives separately (as USAFRet suggested) you can only activate RAPID mode on 1 drive.
