If your router supports it you can try to set it for better QoS for video streaming(quality of service, it bassicaly is setting some things at higher priority). Otherwise it is that your internet speed sucks or your phone, router, or tv hardware is not up to the task and you will have to upgrade. If possible you can try to hardwire the TV to ethernet.
