1) Should I update the bios or wait and if the system does work without problems stay with the stock bios without updating?

2) In case of update the bios, I should download the lastest bios and with the BRenamerl rename it to M6H.CAP, then copy the file to a flash usb (fat32) and supposedly then from the bios with ez flash 2 update the bios, and if occurs problems with the new bios, restore the old bios with the Motherboard's CD. Is it right? or should I use the USB Bios Flashback (pressing the button)?

3) Can I have problems if update the bios and the rest of asus maximus hero drivers if install win7 with SP1 or should be it without SP1?

4) For the ethernet, must I install these two or only the first?
-Intel LAN Driver V18.5.54.0 for Windows 7/8/8.1 32bit & 64bit.(WHQL)
-Intel(R) Gigabit Ethernet Driver V18.1.59.0 for Windows 7/8 32bit & 64bit.(WHQL)

And finally if I'm not mistaken install in this order:
-USB 3.0
-Intel ME
-Chipset
-Ai suite, cpuz, etc.

I hope you can solve my questions, thanks.

Updating the BIOS just for the sake of doing so is not recommended. But, if you did update the BIOS, your procedure is correct. To revert, use the button.

You shouldn't experience any problems with W7SP1.

Intall either ethernet driver.

The order of installation doesn't matter, but as a matter of preference, you may want to install chipset drivers first. That is, unless you're using a discrete GPU, then install the GPU drivers first. This will improve the display performance.

Thanks! ^^

Then the button of USB Bios Flashback is used to load (alternatively to ez flash 2) and restore any old bios right? and I don't have the asus maximus hero yet, it is on the way, I don't know which bios version will have it, in the official asus web the last bios says "Improve system stability", but then I will install the win7 + drivers and if all works without issues I will stay with the stock bios and I'll do the cpu overclock in the future.
