What shall i do to be able to see the BIOS on my screen?
I use a newly build computer (all parts are new) and now i want to install the OS and more.
I going to use a Windows 8.1 (OEM) as OS
I can connect to either the TV or a computer screen.
Shall use a HDMI or a VDA? And shall i connect it to the motherboard or the graphic card?

Rest of the computer:
RAM: 2 x G.Skill Ares 16GB DDR3 PC-12800 1600MHz
Motherboard: ASUS Z87-A - ATX / Z87
CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K
PSU: Corsair PowerSupply CX750M 750W
graphic card: ASUS GeForce GTX 780 3GB DirectCU II OC
Memory: Samsung 840 EVO Series SSD 250GB SATA3

Solution
If you have a HDMI cable and your TV has an HDMI input, use that to connect the TV to the graphics card.
Or use a DVI cable between the graphics card and the computer screen.

Either way, you don't really need to use the motherboard's graphic outputs. Use the graphics card, you spent enough on it, might as well take advantage of it.

Are you sure the PC is booting? Do you hear the POST beep?

You should be able to connect the ASUS graphic card to a PC monitor and see BIOS without a problem. If you cannot see it, try connecting the monitor to the output of the motherboard instead. However, suspect your PC is not booting for some reason.

Yeah probably something was dead on arrival. Check for the beep breslin mentioned, if you hear it, your system is booting, if not something is broken. You need a speaker of some sort to hear it.
