So for the last 5 months my pc started to restart periodically. Most of the times it restarted when i was playing games but sometimes even when i am was on google.I downloaded speedfan and HW monitor and they show 90c cpu temp almost constantly but this is impossible because the insides of the pc are pretty cool.I also checked BIOS temp and it shows 35c............what is happening???

If the insides of the pc are cool, that doesn't prove that it's a bogus reading. Your cpu cooler might be loose, in which case most of the heat would remain in the cpu rather than going into the case for the case airflow to remove. I'm not sure what's going on with the BIOS temperature reading, though.

Speedfan shows 90c for about half a year now is it possible for the pc to style work after half a year on so high temp?

Probably not, but which sensor is showing 90c in HWMonitor? The motherboard's "CPUTIN" or the per-core temperatures of the cpu? An actual screenshot of HWMonitor (and/or Speedfan) running on your system would help. Full hardware specs for your system might help too, in case it's something other than the flaky temperature readings that's causing the restart.
