I'm new to this site so sorry if I'm not doing this right.

I recently cleaned the inside of my computer getting rid of dust mainly, when I plugged it back it everything was fine but there was a weir noise in the cpu cooling fan so I opened it back up unattached the cpu and cpu fan to check that, I put it back in and plugged it all back up, but upon powering on nothing displayed and after looking inside my computer I saw the fans on my graphics card weren't spinning. I'm really confused and and wondering if my GPU suddenly died or what. Please help, I hate thinking that a routine dust cleaning of my computer resulted in me breaking a component.

I bet it's just a loose connection somewhere. Unplug each cable and plug it in again...

It's likely you just bumped a power connector and knocked it loose. Check all the power connectors first. If it still doesn't boot up then work your way through this troubleshooting checklist.

I unplugged and re-plugged everything and it's still the same, everything powers up and the graphics card is still appearing dead, no display and no fan spinning..
