A couple of years ago I used to play a game which name I can't remember. It's a long story but I have an assignment from my therapist to find old things......ANYWAY here are the things I remember:

it was an adventure game
I needed to gather items
I also had a pet that hatched from an egg, there was a farm.
the graphics resembled the wii characters a bit.
I could pass between realms, in one of them was a volcano, at some point I had to build a balloon to reach an island
There was a shop for farming stuff, a shop for sewing stuff and I think there were more items....
I think it was one of those big fish games...
