Hello...
I have a Gateway E-6500 machine in which a specific mobo of intel D945GBI motherboard n which is not listed in Intel Official 945 series motherboards.
It has Intel 945G Express Chipset Family. I also check the intel 945g express chipset family compatible processors on intel officials site and in which Most C2d is compatible with 945G express chipset.
When i enter a C2D E4600 in that mobo my system wonn't post.
I am recently use Pentium D 945 3.4/4mb/800 and my system bios are up-to-date. also bios vendor r Intel.

Most likely the bios you have, even if up to date, doesn't have the necessary microcode to support the CPU. Looking here, I would say it does not support a core 2. Time for a new rig.

there is a shop... here in pakistan and a person he sell XE 840, XE 955, XE 965 only for 15$. Iam a poor person and cannot afford a new system. so plz kindly check it for me. I want these because of its Hyper Threading and 1066fsb.Here are all the CPU options that your motherboard will support:
Intel Pentium® 4 or Pentium D Processors with Hyper Threading Technology:
670 (3.80 GHz, 800 MHz, 2 MB L2 cache)
660 (3.60 GHz, 800 MHz, 2 MB L2 cache)
650 (3.40 GHz, 800 MHz, 2 MB L2 cache)
640 (3.20 GHz, 800 MHz, 2 MB L2 cache)
630 (3.0 GHz, 800 MHz, 2 MB L2 cache)
820 (2.8 GHz 800 MHz FSB, 2 MB L2 cache)
830 (3.0 GHz 800 MHz FSB, 2 MB L2 cache)
840 (3.2 GHz 800 MHz FSB, 2 MB L2 cache)
As you can see, the 840 is as far as you can go.
The CPU that you now have in the computer, Pentium D 945 is good enough for that system. Leave it alone and use it as-is. If you start changing processors (CPU) there may be other problems that come up.
