is any laptop fan has a cooling paste on system i mean on pads normaly?

Normally when replacing laptop cooling systems, the replacement unit does not come with thermal compound or thermal pads (many laptops use both), Thermal pads can be reused if one is careful with them, the thermal compound you will (likely) need to purchase separately and apply yourself
