Will anything be bottlenecked?

Solution
Nope, no bottlenecking at all. I would advise a better PSU though as the CX range isn't the best. I believe EVGA has some PSU's at a similar price which are thought of higher so it may be worth checking out.

Edit, i would also advise getting a i5-4670k as an i7 is not needed for gaming and instead get a 770 which will be much better for playing on ultra settings.

Drop the 4770k and get the 4670k. Use that extra $100 for a 770 GTX. Than you'll be able to play pretty much every game on Ultra with a high FPS average. What motherboard do you have?

I would also recommend a better PSU. The Corsair CX series is an entry level series. You're upgrading to some serious parts. I suggest you get the HX series or a Seasonic M12 or X series PSU.

+1 I would also get a 4670k and get a GTX 770. Much better experience. Im sure you've heard about the PSU already.
