So i created a steam account, i bought a game, and i tried to get a hack for the game. I failed, and they stole my CD -KEY ( a key needed to play the game ). Do they have my account information (steam password, ect) or just the cd key? i changed my password incase, and i want to buy another game.

It's likely they have your account and password, but the cd-key shouldn't be stealable if it's a steam game. But if you get caught hacking steam will ban you from playing that game.
Be sure to run some anti-virus scans as well.

Maybe, you might want to change your steam password as well, any account/password combo you used since you downloaded that program.
