Ok, so I built this PC around 3 months ago and ever since the second day I've been getting random shutdowns and freezes. For shutdowns, It just turns off and then straight back on again with no problem at all. Sometimes, when I get a shutdown, it tells me I got a BSOD (Which has occurs a few times). Freezes will just happen randomly and I am forced to restart my PC resulting in the Kernel Error 41, I've had 22 of them in these 3 months. (Mixture of random shutdowns and freezes) My PC specs are...
i5 3570k
P8z77-v lx
Corsair 600w Psu
Gtx 660 ti
Corsair Vengeance 8gb

If that helps.... thanks.

Is your system overclocked? If so, either figure out where the instability is, or return BIOS to default, and then start over.

On the other hand, if you're not overclocking, the suspect list is, in this order:

RAM
PSU
HDD/OS
Mobo
CPU

Start testing your RAM with MemTest86+. Download the disc image (.iso) or follow the instructions on creating a bootable USB drive. I recommend having RAM at default values while testing. Also allow at least four hours of testing.

To test the PSU, you'll need a voltmeter. If you don't know how to use a voltmeter, I suggest you consult our troubleshooting guide (link in my signature).

Most HDDs come with a S.M.A.R.T. function, either on CD or in the recovery partition. Test your HDD with this tool.

You can clean up your OS by using Driver Sweeper. This will scan your system for corrupt/unused drivers, that may be hindering your performance. You'll be given an option to keep or remove.

You can try moving your HDD to a different SATA port.

Prime95 is a CPU testing software. Download and install. When you run the test, give it about 4-5 hours on stock CPU settings.

So I've tested most of these things, It's not my graphics drivers or BIOS. I have had one pass on memtest and I'm gonna do a few more but now I'm getting freezes, only. I'll be sat here and all of a sudden my PC just freezes and my mouse and keyboard are unresponsive but my PC fans are still going.

Corsair Builder Series CX 600 Watt ATX/EPS 80 PLUS Bronze Power Supply Unit, I'll do the memtest and maybe readjust some wires in my case...

Is your BIOS at default settings? Or have you made adjustments?

If you've made any adjustments, revert all changes back to default.

If no adjustments were made, set the RAM specs to match the label affixed to each module. I.E. 1.5v 9-9-9-27 XXXXMHz.

You should also test the PSU to ensure it is within tolerance.
