I have the same laptop and same problem.(toshiba satelite A665)...it was working perfect a month ago but now it just wont. And I can't open the Bluray cd with anything else except with "media player clasic"(can't change hte default program).....I have Total media theatre----DaPlayer.......VLC player.....KMplayer...... nothing works....I can read any other cd just fine.. help please

Does it not have a button on the outside to open it manually?
