psu wattage advice

I calculated my pcs build wattage it was about 470
Should I go with the corsair 750 gold certified or the seasonic 650 bronze cerified?
Which is better or both are same ?

750W if planning SLI/Crossfire http://us.ncix.com/products/?sku=91544

Otherwise get this 550W http://us.ncix.com/products/?sku=59615&promoid=1101

both are made by SEASONIC so rest assured.

What are your system specs though? Just curious?
